By using ToolKoala, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of the service

ToolKoala is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may use the tools to process any files you have the legal right to work with. You may not use ToolKoala to process content that is illegal, infringes on intellectual property, or violates any applicable law.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce output fit for any particular purpose. Always back up originals before editing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolKoala and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service — including loss of data, loss of profit, or service interruption.

Intellectual property

The ToolKoala name, logo, and site design are the property of ToolKoala. Open-source libraries used by the tools retain their respective licenses. Files you process with the tools remain entirely yours — we claim no rights over them.

Third-party services

ToolKoala loads Google AdSense and Google Analytics, which operate under their own terms. See our privacy policy for details.

Changes

We may revise these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
